By using TickClock, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Use of the Service

TickClock provides a countdown timer service. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and not to abuse, hack, or overload the platform.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Use a strong, unique password. Notify us immediately at support@tickclock.app if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Free & Pro Plans

Free accounts may create up to 3 countdown events. Pro access is a one-time lifetime purchase of $3 and allows unlimited events. Future price changes apply only to new purchases.

4. Payments & Refunds

Pro access is a one-time payment via Stripe — no subscription or recurring charges. You may request a full refund from your billing page while your account is active. Refunds are processed immediately and your account reverts to the free plan.

5. Data & Deletion

You may delete your account and all associated data at any time from the Settings page. See our Privacy Policy for details.

6. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, modify features, or discontinue the service with reasonable notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

TickClock is provided "as is". We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of material changes by email.
